Why Primary Nourishment?

Primary Nourishment is about feeding your body all of the things that it needs to thrive. This includes your dietary needs but it also includes the emotional and spiritual elements that make all of us whole. These elements include things like an inspiring career, enjoyable physical activity, honest and open relationships, or meaningful spiritual practices. When these elements are fulfilled you are full and able to thrive. Actual food is secondary and provides support to be healthy and do the things you love.

Perhaps you want more energy and are tired of always feeling tired. Maybe you have those nagging sweets cravings that you can’t seem to get under control. Or, perhaps it’s time to finally figure out how to look and feel great in your own body. As a Health Coach, I support my clients to make step-by-step changes to their food and lifestyle so that they can sustainably meet their goals. I offer support in a way that is enjoyable and easily integrated into their lives.
