60 minute biweekly Sessions

In my 12 week program we work together to decide what health practices to put in place to best fit your unique goals and life style. All coaching plans are fully customized for each individual client's needs and comes with a free copy of my eBook, Guide to Primary Nourishment. My number one priority is to providing you with the support, knowledge, and tools to achieve your goals while developing sustainable habits for lasting results.

6 MONTH PROGRAM

My 6 month program includes everything that my 12 week program has to offer AND then some. 6 months is the ideal amount of time for developing new habits to support the mindset and lifestyle changes you will make during a Primary Nourishment program.  It is just enough time to put your new skills and practices to the test of life while still having access to my coaching support to prevent any regression to your progress. I work with you to create the mindset and habits needed in order to create sustainable long term results. No yo-yo dieting here!
